Ability Center, the Southwest’s leading provider of wheelchair vans, handicap accessible vehicles and mobility products, will launch an updated website next week.
The website, which will be launched on October 15, has been redesigned to allow for a more responsive viewing experience. Customers will be able to view the website on multiple devices, including tablets and smart phones.
The updated site will allow all of the features that were formally only accessible on a computer to be viewed on the web browser of a phone. For this reason, the updated site will replace Ability Center’s iPhone and Droid apps.
The updated site will make it even easier to view Ability Center’s inventory, thanks to a more accessible and organized layout. There will also be a feature called Garage Sale, which gives customers the ability to find all the lowest prices on mobility products in one place.
Another feature that will be useful for customers looking to purchase a vehicle online is the hold feature, which will allow customers to immediately request a hold as they view the vehicle inventory.
Chad Blake, Ability Center’s Corporate Sales Manager, believes that the updated website showcases the growth the company has made as it approaches its 20th year in business in 2014.
“Ability Center is committed to providing better and more useful information to our customers,” Blake said. “We have been focusing on constant improvement.”
