Küschall's AirLite Pro "Personal Mobility Vehicle" is designed with performance in mind. An alternative to "traditional" titanium frame products, this ultra-lightweight vehicle utilizes 7000 series heat-treated aluminum that is double-butted (twice as thick) where tubes connect, an engineering design that virtually eliminates frame flex.

Titanium, used for the footrest, seat and the back frame modules (the points where the body contacts the vehicle), enhances the ride by reducing road shock and vibration, and significantly reduces overall vehicle weight. That’s "titanium where titanium counts"!

The carbon fiber camber tube gives the vehicle a high tech cutting edge look and greatly reduces overall vehicle weight. It is incredibly stiff to eliminate flex and keep the rear wheels in alignment. All key components in delivering a ride so responsive and maneuverable, it's almost effortless to drive.

Adjustments are quick and easy. The seat frame module moves foreword and rearward for Center Mass Adjustment. Re-positioning rear wheels are never necessary. The seat module adjusts at the front and rear to set seat to floor heights. Champion
Küschall's Champion "Personal Mobility Vehicle" bridges the gap between rigid and folding frame vehicles. Although it looks and feels like a rigid, with it's cantilever design, it actually folds so easily, using just one hand, and so compactly that it fits into the tiniest of spaces. No lightweight-folding frame is as easy or convenient.

There is a lot of value in a Champion. At 25 pounds in a 16"x16" size, every Champion includes:

A horizontal scissor lock, located under the driver's seat, and a spring loaded, auto up footrest plate, provides rigid like stability when in use. A gently pull, back and up, on the release cable at the rear of the vehicle, starts the folding process. As the scissor lock disengages, the backrest folds forward and footrest plate starts to rise. Simply pull the frames together and it's folded.

Küschall's Champion has an adjustable axle plate for rear seat to floor height settings that also allows center of gravity adjustment for vehicle stability. The backrest not only folds, but it is height and angle adjustable. The footrest is height and depth adjustable and the front casters can be squared when the rear wheels are relocated. The Champion is fully adjustable to fit any driving requirements.

Compact
Küschall's Compact "Personal Mobility Vehicle" takes "high performance" in folding vehicles to a new level. The Compact is with out a doubt, the lightest, fully adjustable folding frame available, with removable footrest hangers. Manufactures of lightweight folding frames traditionally do not include, in the published weight of their products, the additional weight of the footrest hangers. Most footrest hangers are heavy and will add significantly to that weight. Küschall's Compact is remarkably light even for a "traditional type" folding frame. In an actual adult size (16"x16"), it weighs just 25 lbs. Incredibly, that weight includes all of the these components:

Küschall's Compact is a "high performance" vehicle. Cutting edge design and precision engineering with very tight tolerances delivers ride so responsive that it challenges the feel of rigid frames. Oval cross-brace tubes, a seat frame designed to lock onto the side frame and upholstery that can be adjusted to "always be tight", greatly reduces any movement between side frames. Adjustment holes have been eliminated strengthening the frame and countersinking the "few" fasteners used in its assembly prevents movement between components. Rattling footrest hangers are a thing of the past.

Küschall's Compact is sleek. The "caster flow system" (mounting the front fork directly into the frame) streamlines the vehicle and reduces weight and moving parts. The adjustable rear axle bracket literally mounts within the vehicles framework. The frame folds to 5" wide without rear wheels and 11" wide including them.

Ultra Light
Küschall's Ultra-Light "Personal Mobility Vehicle" is the ultimate in fixed front folding vehicles. Superior technology, cutting edge design and precision engineering have produced the lightest weight, fully adjustable product in the world. The sleek elegant design is not only ultra-lightweight, but it folds to as little as 4" wide without the rear wheels. Just how light is the Ultra-Light? In it's standard configuration it weighs only 23.5 lbs in an actual adult size (16"x16"). The standard 23.5 lb configuration includes:

Küschall's Ultra-Light is the "ultimate" in high performance folding frame vehicles. Like it's cousin the Compact, it is very rigid when unfolded but, with one slight difference. There is no movement in the front frame. When utilized with the "one piece” composite angle adjustable footrest plate, which performs like a solid front strut, there is virtually no movement in the frame to suggest it folds. An optional angle adjustable back frame and the adjustable rear axle bracket helps create a "personalized" fit typically associated only with "true" adjustable rigid vehicles. Depending on specific driving requirements of course, the Ultra-Light can weight as little as 22 lbs when used with Küschall's High Performance rear wheels and when used without plastic clothing guards.
